Pathways to Progress is an innovative, community-based family strengthening program. Using an individualized, holistic approach, Pathways connects clients to resources to build on their strengths, develop new skills, and address barriers to financial stability. The program’s goal is to strengthen our community by creating a pathway for families to live safe, productive and sustainable lives; to educate and empower families to make effective decisions that positively impact their future; and to advocate for systemic and progressive change.
